Welcome to Kintbury Players

An amateur drama group whose members live in and around the village of Kintbury, in West Berkshire

Kintbury Players has been in existence since 1976, providing theatrical treats and entertainment to Kintbury Village and its environs.

We plan to stage two productions a year. These are normally performed at the Coronation Hall, Kintbury, in the Autumn and in the Spring - or alternatively in support of HADCAF in mid-year.

Usually one night of every production is staged in support of a local charity or school resulting in many thousands of pounds having been raised.

Our Last Production was 24th to 26th  November 2011 in the Coronation Hall:

The Happiest Days of Your Life

a farce by John Dighton

directed by: Chris Trigwell

An Hilarious farce set in a boys boarding school after the War …..

The show proved a great success, with Newbury Weekly News stating:

..laughter filled the hall and there is no doubt that both performers and audience enjoyed every minute of this bright, lively production
