An amateur drama group whose members live in and around the village of Kintbury, in West Berkshire
Kintbury Players has been in existence since 1976, providing theatrical treats and entertainment to Kintbury Village and its environs.
We plan to stage two productions a year. These are normally performed at the Coronation Hall, Kintbury, in the Autumn and in the Spring – or alternatively in support of HADCAF in mid-year.
Usually one night of every production is staged in support of a local charity or school resulting in many thousands of pounds having been raised.
‘Allo, ‘Allo – Wartime France comes to Kintbury in this stage adaptation of the hilarious TV Show “Allo, Allo”. Adapted by the original writers David Croft and Jeremy – all your favourite characters from the TV Show are here. So why not visit the Cafe of Rene Artois – just don’t order the knockwurst sausage!!
